I am proud to announce that I, Paul LaFerriere, will be running for Alderman in Ward 4 - Manchester, New Hampshire, along with my counterpart Jason Hodgdon who will be running for Ward 4 School Board Committee - Manchester, New Hampshire. Together we will work hard to gain your trust and your vote to ensure growth in Ward 4 and for our entire City!
After many discussions with family and friends, and how much I have wanted to help in local government, I submitted my Declaration for Candidacy for Ward 4 Alderman. I will be running with Jason Hodgson, who submitted his candidacy for School Board Committee Ward 4, Manchester, New Hampshire.

What being Your Alderman means to me!
Vision and Mission
Vision: I have spoken with many of my neighbors and friends regarding how Manchester is a great place to live, but not without its issues. There is always room for improvement in government services for their citizens. After all, isn’t that what we pay our taxes for? In Ward 4, many things are neglected. I want to work with the City as a representative, to accomplish bringing items that need attention to the proper personnel, to get Ward 4 issues resolved. Doing this means working across the board with City Officials, and getting things done. I believe I can bring this to our ward. I have the experience with working with others to accomplish goals that need to be done.
Political Affiliation
I am a Republican with fiscal and constitutional conservative values. I prefer limited government spending, lower property taxes, controlled spending of the School Budget, and control of non-essential city-wide spending. I want to take care of Ward 4 constituents. Those are the five most important issues I base my campaign on.
Core Values
· Inclusivity: Welcoming bi-partisan views and ideas from Ward 4 taxpayers, and work with the Mayor and Aldermen/Alderwoman elected, for the benefit of our Manchester Community.

Objectives
· A voice for all of Ward 4 on all issues.
· Audit and control wasteful government spending.
· A voice for Ward 4 on snow removal and infrastructure issues regarding road repairs.
· Help address the issues of homelessness in the WARD 4 community and work to find solutions.
· Empower civic engagement and leadership.
· Keep my Ward 4 informed of everything going on. Follow up on calls. Be available. Use Social Media to get the message out to all.
· Accessibility through email and telephonic communications
· Help our elderly property homeowners find relief from the city taxes, and inform them of programs available, so they will not be taxed out of their homes.
